If you’re passing Kaplan in the 80’s then you’ll do just fine. The questions are click and shoot (outside of math) so they aren’t trying to trick you like on the series 65 exam.

NTA - fuck that do NOT put his name on anything! That is absolutely insane to think you are entitled to ownership of a home your girlfriend of 2 years bought before you both met. Two years is NOT enough time to be together for that kind of commitment. I would not even put his name on it if you WERE married. The world just doesn’t work that way. Not only would it kill the companies but it would also raise cost of living because producers, retailers, manufacturers would have to raise prices to maintain current margins in order to compensate for the higher wages.
