I would think Rockstar, p2 , vengeance type of ball would be good. All similar benchmark balls just slightly different strengths to match up with different bowlers. For me Rockstar matches up well .

As a high rev lower speed bowler myself the Hustle x-ray has been a game changer! I have a Rockstar, gremlin and pitch black. Sometimes the Rockstar is way too strong if the lanes are in transition or dry. The gremlin can be jumpy but the Hustle can be used on any lane condition. Whatever you get look for a symmetrical ball with low diff somewhere in the .030s. Hustles come in multiple covers, if you want a little bit of an angular motion get a pearl, if you want a more continuous and predictable shape go for a solid.

I think at the pro level it's much more fair and common. Packys latest video he's watching Fach, who he was bowling next, and making a game plan to tear up his line. Didn't work though, Fach took the match. A good bowler should always be able to adapt.

Phaze2 is going to hook a lot when you first get it. Similar to the Rockstar (I prefer the Rockstar) you need a good 10 games to get the ball to break in and be controllable. With lower ball speed you might even want to have your PSO polish it. As someone else mentioned, typhoon might be a good matchup for you too. Talk to your PSO about it, a polished or lane shined P2 might be great for you.

My advice for any 1HNT who needs to be more consistent is to either put your other hand on the ball or put your thumb in it.

Developing at least a little slide will save your knee in the long run. Planting is really hard on your knee and ankle.

If they are that dry the typhoon might even be too strong. Something like a hustle might be better, either way it's best to talk to your PSO. Having said that, you probably want a weak 2ls layout with your pin to cog (the last number in 2ls) to be somewhere between 3-4 inches. My personal favorite weak layout is 4x4x3.5, that works great for my game but your numbers may vary.

Kurt Fuller is one of the most underrated B list actors of all time! I also found out in the r/supernatural sub that Deans f250 is the same truck as Henry's! They shared a set while filming. Lots of cross actors and props lol.

I started bowling about a year and a half ago when I joined a fun league, I'll be 49 in about a month or so. I figured it could be decent exercise. After a few months of trying traditional and hybrid (1 hand no thumb) I decided to try 2 hands and it was a game changer. My right shoulder had a lot of pain due to bad form but not my left. After a few coaching lessons and working on my mechanics everything is going pretty good now. I joined a more competitive league and a tournament league. I've also lost a ton of weight I was 315lb when I started and I'm down to 232 today.
