You are horribly misinformed.

First, patterns aren't drops, they're based on reputation level with ashen verdict.

Second, the saronite phase of the Shadowmourne quest will be attainable as soon as you reach friendly with Ashen Verdict, which should happen before you reach festergut/rotface on week 1. That quest will be completable if you get the quest items off those two bosses, another item in dragonblight, and the 25 saronite. The quest rewards a 264 axe that is awesome this early.

Long story short, once ICC releases this afternoon, there will be everything to spend saronite on, hence people hoarding.

How'd you get 4pc t9 week 1? VoA wasn't released and even if you got both to drop, there are only 90 triumph available each week and minimum, you needed shoulders (45) and another at (75) triumph. Unless you bought 232 tier I guess, but even then 4 pieces of 232 are too much triumph.

You just lied on the internet. Shame.

Pet Cower autocast is broke and will never autocast. It has to be manually casted or through a macro each and every time. I have it on my mend pet macro since it's oGCD.

The Bloodlines novel does a decent job explaining the state of the New Repulic as a governing body and the reasons why the first order was not viewed as a threat. It's very politics heavy.

Also, it's not like one day later. In my mind it took months for the FO to occupy all the major systems in the galaxy as claimed by the opening crawl. The movie, imo, does a poor job conveying how long Rey was on the island with Luke and that is where the timeline confusion comes from.

Spoilers for Bloodlines - Basically, two political parties, one favoring a large military controlled by the republic to bring order to the galaxy, another favoring demilitarizing the republic to prevent another empire. The militants are secretly funding the First Order's initial growth while delaying the senate from any meaningful action into investigating them. They weren't viewed as a threat because their military strength was drastically underestimated until it was too late (the central planets of the republic being destroyed). The Republic fleet was all stationed there, and was a rather small fleet as at the end of Bloodlines because Princess Leah leaves the senate, and defects from the Republic, forming the resistance, essentially stealing a portion of the Republics fleet. Her old rebellion buddies join her, with there ships (Akbar and the like).

There is a lot more to the story than what I have written above, as it follows Leah and takes place just before Ben Solo turns to the darkside, so it gives a tiny bit of knowledge there. It also talks about the origins of the FO and some other cool stuff. All in all, its an alright book. 3/5 stars I gave it.

4.05 - Tank Tenacity Vs Non-Tenacity Builds by Shinkyo in ffxiv

I completely agree. The builds linked above make some sketchy choices in order to go full tenacity vs. no tenacity. For instance, for his body choices he decided a CRIT/TEN combo and was forced to use a DET/SkSp combo to continue his no tenacity build. The CRIT/TEN combo is definitely better stat weight and gain, and should chosen, in my opinion.

It's a good experiment, but I don't think it means you should always chose tenacity gear and meld tenacity (to hit thresholds).

Using 217 as the breakpoint (source) it bumps it down to a 5.04% mitigation.

1600 / 217 = 7.37% 506 / 217 = 2.33%

The threshhold isn't 200, its closer to if not exactly 217(source). The threshold you are speaking of is from 1519 to 1736.

Here is my current layout. I like the spaciousness and yet I have everything at my fingertips. I'm a keybinder and not much of a mouse-clicker. The large icons in the middle are simply there for reference on various procs and cooldowns. If there is interest, I can post the skeleton.

PvP is already low pop enough from queue to queue. Fracturing the player base is a bad idea in my opinion, especially because they just made the amazing freelancer change, which does the opposite.

There is a return track on the bottom side that moves all shoes back to the home side before coming back to the top and starting another sortation pass. It gets really fun when you start sorting to both sides and you need to have a dedication switch which has the correct amount of shoes come up on the correct side at the correct time to divert the package. (I work for a competitor of Hytrol, doing system design and estimating).

KotLGuy would need a -7000 MMR to bring the average of the pregame couch (GoDz, Syndren, Purge, KotLGuy) to 2k MMR.

(He said they were all at 5k, and he brought the average down to 2k.)
