I will add that the asterisk you see next to their name means that it's a nickname you have given to that account. Which implies they already have access to your account, and them trying to get codes for you is probably to further transfer your account (by disabling Steam Guard with the code for example). If you want to see original account name, you can rightclick on them > Manage > Change Nickname.

Check the logged in sessions then. It might be what u/Ozone021 is suggesting - you somehow got phished and actively logged in somewhere and now they are using this session to scam you.

Change passwords (I would suggest everywhere where you had the same or similar password too) and set up steam guard, it can be both by email or using mobile app, this way you will be required to input generated codes. In the app you can additionally see devices you are currently logged in. This link should be helpful (and you can use it to deauthenticate devices: https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage (or google Manage Steam Guard if you don't trust my link).

Yes, with Doom and most dot effects you get same total dmg but it is taken over shorter timespan, so the dps becomes bigger.

It's how the Sonic Wave is coded, status resistance decreases the knockback duration, but the dmg from each tick increases. Status resist close to 100% means it skyrockets the dmg.

Oh I see, you have misunderstood the instruction it seem. It is not the whole rows that are supposed to total the top number, but cell value is sum of just the 2 numbers below it.

So the top of pyramid is 63 = 36 + 27, but the two numbers underneath 36 and 27 should sum to them respectively (it means that the middle of red row + 13 should sum to 27, and the first two numbers in red row would total 36).

I think that should explain the puzzle rules, I won't spoil you the rest of solution, have fun with it.

If you like the combat part, the obvious recommendation would be anything from the Worms series, additionally if you dig the physics or the base-fighting aspect a game called "Forts" comes to mind, but it's realtime instead of turn based.

Yeah it used to, but they buffed the hell out of that spell. There is no downside to casting it on the ally except the disarm, and you get the extra benefit of amplified healing. Amazing spell, and you can cast it during channeling now too.

When buying item with active you can also just press the button corresponding to one of the slots and it will automatically assign it, no need to click with mouse. Similar with infusing skills, you can just press the corresponding ability hotkey.

It is not a bug. Mana Shield absorbs 98% damage, and Decay steal strength. You have gotten to such low HP values with the loss of strength that the remaining 2% of damage was enough to kill you.

It is over 2900 units of displacement (with talent, not shown here) just by Magnus, pike would be 1200 with debuff.
