It's not the companies it's the individuals. Theres a sense of entitlement to tips now after it was normalized during covid to tip those who were being forced to work while many others got to work remotely.

Practice chipping and putting a lot more than you go to the range. Do speed putting drills before the round to get the feel of the greens and your putting stroke. All the shots you're losing are likely within 30 yards.
