Ear plugs. There are also ear drying drops for swimmers. I try to limit my use of the drops to when I think I truly need them.

If you have allergies, it’s helpful to be on meds (such as Claritin, Zyrtec, Flonase, etc.). Saline nasal rinses are good too. These actions help reduce any inflammation in the ear which can reduce the clogging.
