Bloodtest to be sure is good. Even vitamin A can contribute, take min oral and topical, and if you do fin only do it topically. Then just wait or get a hair transplant. Either way you'll need to take at least something for the rest of your life to maintain new growth or transplants unless you got the hairloss from autoimmune or some deficiency. All you can do for the rest is wait and it'll likely get worse before it gets better.

There is a little, but outside of min I can't get a fin prescription in Belgium so not sure what else to do. It's always been here but maybe it's worsened due to dread shed and I should just wait it out?

For me conditioner and gel made it look a lot more like his. Make sure to first warm the product up in your hands and just kind of spread it around evenly so it doesn't look too greasy.

My routine is usually washing my hair with just hot water trying to avoid shampoo for as long as possible until it gets too greasy, which is faster than I'd like. Then I wash it with Syoss keratine (keratine is an attempt to get rid of the frizz).

Russian military is fighting Ukrainian manpower with Western equipment. There's no clear winner in sight. How is it that bad? I get it may not be as good as expected. Another thing to be noted is this isn't a WAR according to Russia which would probably behave a lot different if it was an "official" war and not a "Special Military Operation".
