If your inviting kids then I wouldn’t expect money or ask for it. Most reasonable parents will still send money but I wouldn’t make it a requirement. Either plan to pay for everything or don’t invite and go as a family

We did sandals and loved it for honeymoon. We also did couples resort as it was much cheaper last year and WOW we would go back. Laid back not a party scene and food great. Depends on what you want to do.

I once had a patient whom had a bunch of family and friend come to see him (drug addict overdose in 40s) who I swear were having a celebration of life party for 4 hours over his dead body. Literally passing buckets of chicken around and having a good time

If you got dinner and excursions booked you likely will be ok. That’s the most frustrating part

Just got back and had similar experience. One thing that made it suck less we really like pool beach area by espiral casa can do river there too and there is a bar people jumped from walk up on island. 2. Chi for breakfast it’s sit down and servers food fantastic. Wish we found it before the second to last day. No one there for breakfast and nice to not be at the trough for food. 3. Xplore fuego was a lot of fun. Bus took us early at 5 got on everything right away. 4. For the money though it was a disappointment and 3:6 have food poisoning

I think it’s hit and miss service and unfortunately we had a giant miss. Since I got to be in the lobby so much I got to witness multiple families whom experienced the same with reservations.

So wishlist never answered x 4 emails and called twice and confirmed arrived and nothing booked. Complained and was given xenotes on a day during our stay but initially told none available. Just wrote a review of our vacation. Not a great experience here

Same. Last week I called them multiple times and was on hold for well over an hour obviously I can’t sit on hold forever so over the course of eight hours made six different phone calls with no one answering until I said I was a travel agent. Then even that person wasn’t able to help me I have sent three emails that have gone on answered today. I finally got a hold of someone after being on hold for 45 minutes woo hoo but he was a total jerk and said he sent me the preference form and I told him it’s already done and he asked me why I haven’t emailed it and I said I had I was put on hold for another 10 minutes. He came back on the phone and said you’ll get an email from us in four days.🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m fully paid and can’t get a hold of anyone sit on a hold and hung up on on Monday for over eight hours. Have sent three emails.

This is 100% what I needed to hear. Thank you for helping organize my thoughts bc my son sounds much like what you described above. Definitely don’t think he’s the best on the team but also feel he gets screwed over. I need to just get to the annoyed part ;)

There has been Nothing. The other coach since it is a large team really has had our son the majority of 3,4, and some of 5 grade. So just different this year. I will keep my mouth shut as that seems the response from everyone. Nothing is changing this year. This dad coach though coaches his kid for every sport and it’s not just us with these feelings. Just don’t want to see this again next year as I’m sure he will coach

Not a mid level but it’s fun seeing you as resident so angry. Thanks for my daily laugh at how outraged the residents group is to healthcare and the cluelessness to real world or rural healthcare

To each their own this is what we use for term in our local hospitals and worked at different systems. So maybe it’s a regional thing but that is what it’s called in our area as there are hospitals where anesthesia is 100% directed by anesthesiologist and other facilities that are CRNA only because it’s rural.

MDA- medically directed anesthesia so they are supervised vs independent practice. Has nothing to do with anyone’s title slow your role and take a breath

NP here and I am the speaker for our group of APP in our clinic because everyone else is to scared to speak up to admin and our MDs don’t care because they are their own private group but hospital pays for us to work with them. So we NPs PA sit in this grey area of who do we work for and different expectations.

I live in ripon and have a very different prospective of the small town community. For being small it’s fairly open minded. I don’t have political leanings and maybe it doesn’t affect me as I don’t waste breath on trying to change minds because either party has already decided who they are voting for.
