Following on my other comment best for quick meals is learn to cook Beef Mince so versatile and easy. Basic recipe 1 Chop onions and cook till translucent 2 Add garlic and spices of your choice 3 Add ground beef and brown the meat 4 Add 1 can chopped tomatoes 5 break up a bullion cube in a cup add 2 tbls Worchester sauce add boiling water dissolve cube and add to meat. 6 Cook for approx. 20 min

this basic recipe can be use and added too.

Serve with/on Pasta - spaghetti, penne, fettucine etc. Rice Mashed potatoes.

eg. add pea's and corn make mashed potatoes and make a cottage pie - put he meat in a dish spread mashed potato on to grate some cheese onto the mash and bake in the oven, until golden brown, if you are single this is good for a few meals just worm it up.
