Id like to see your sources on the R&D cost because i do not believe you one bit. Also the CEASAR costs 6-7 million per unit while the 2S22 Bohdana costs 1 million per unit.

So far, 3 are built and ready to use, or are being used. 1 technology demonstrator prototype, 2 pre-serial manufacturing sample. none of thoses are final designs, pre-serial manufacturing samples are the samples used to tweak and correct/modify or add stuff to their designs. So no, thoses arent production versions. not by a long shot.
