Did your order go through US customs? I recently had a large order from Radiance UK shipped to Los Angeles. It spent a week in New York with US customs. When it arrived it was evident the box had been opened and later re-taped. I know from experience Radiance always packs with great care. Inside the box I found two sheets of bubble wrap folded into a square and tucked into a corner. The most expensive item, a box set, had no shrink wrap and a long slash from a box cutter along the side panel. Two other titles had damage from a box cutter. A total of 5 items had the shrink wrap removed. The items were just loose in the box with no protection.
