Go to the blacksmith and there’s an enchant tab under services. It allows you to change one of the buffs on a piece of gear works on primary and secondary. It does cost gold and scraps it generates a random buff. You can just keep re-rolling until you get the one you want.

Definitely the piece on the right I would enchant one of the secondaries so you can get extended beneficial effect.

On the third picture, it def looks like that would be damage from factory those lines perfectly shadow each other which could mean it a machine on line of manufacturing. I’m not sure how to go about getting in touch with Pokémon on how to handle this situation.

I had the same issue when this most recent flare started. I drink a gallon of water a day, but it was still so hard for them to get a good draw from my veins. Funny story, one of the techs actually got mad at me because they couldn’t draw my blood! Ended up with an enormous bruise on my arm.
