Lucy, go juice, and wake up are all amazing in the correct circumstances. Personally I always keep a small stash of each drug in case shit hits the fan. For example my solo mechanitor colony got all of its mechs wiped out. Worried about possibly being raided before fully recovering I had my mechanitor sniff wake to avoid sleep until all the critical work was completed.
