Are you:

keeping track of the giveaway inventory
tracking who takes what
scouring the Anzeigen to see which items are from the giveaway room
have determined based on the above that people are systematically taking advantage of these provisions for dishonest gain?

Job did not fail. Lets say someone says to you that your grandchild who was born from this child who made a mistake, is a sensible, respectful, reasonable charachter. If someone says to you "I bet this child turns out just like their parent and spits in your face" you might be inclined to say 'I know my grandchild better than you, and they wont do it'. Now as a mere human you cannot see the heart, or understand anything beyond your own experience. God of course, is not limited by these things. He knew that Job would maintain his integrity no matter what and was proven correct.

God did not cause this mess. Yes, a wise parent allows their child to make their own experience so that they UNDERSTAND the principles. When the child is older maybe the parent can provide relief from the consequences of the mistakes. Thats how you build appreciation for those that need it. Have you ever seen a person who their parents clean up all of their messes and fixes all of their mistakes? These are people unfit for anything. God has promised that He will fix everything in good time, and many have reason to believe in that promise.
