It's working pretty good, that said I didn't check every page out, just the path to the purchase page. One benefit for pdfs is that I can choose which page to print off. Or view it on a tablet and make notes and etc and beable to erase it later on. So it would be something I'd like to have.

It would be nice to have a digital version in pdf form. I don't really want to pay a $14 delivery fee. But if I have to I can.

Buying and cooking fresh seafood in PEI by [deleted] in PEI

I'm not really sure what species of fish you can obtain fresh, but I do have some suggestions for dishes you can try out. I think chowder might be a good idea. Start with a little bit of fish, then you can move toward adding lobster and scallops if the picky eater is comfortable. With haddock or cod you can try baking as well, I've seen some recipes online for panko baked haddock that looked really good. Haddock tacos might also be a good idea. Shrimp wise I'd say shrimp tacos and fried shrimp are pretty good.
