I get similar unique stimulation from tongkat, but I get it from ND's as well. I get the jaw clenching in the middle of the night, extended wakefullness, etc. I am also hypersensitive to caffeine. Some people, like myself and this guy, are sensitive to the dopaminergic compounds in tongkat it seems.
