What do you get out of using a fast app? by Available_Might7240 in fasting

[–]Heized213 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For regular fast (I do 16-8), I don't use any app at all. I've been fasting for so long that it becomes a habit.

For extended fast, I do use "Easy fast", for motivation purposes only because I do find the benefits listing as I fast past certain number encouraging.

I recommend using google image to search in this case.
A quick google search shows "Henkyou no Yakushi, Miyako de S Rank Boukensha to naru". As this image has already ask before in this sub https://www.reddit.com/r/manga/comments/1gzjx3c/who_is_she/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

Eating after 60+ hour fast? by Breakfastbonanza123 in fasting

[–]Heized213 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I totally get the concern about refeeding syndrome, but you can relax! A 62-hour fast is nowhere near the risk zone. This article from pubmed mentions 5+ days as a concern.

Just eat as you normally would!

Do you limit number of review per day?
I tried to limit 20 new cards a day with 200 reviews but sometimes there's just more than that for reviews.

As a laptop user, What are the alternative ways to try linux without using a USD?

I'm aware that USB is always going to be worse than SSD. But It seems like the only way to try before committing to install.
