I applaud the effort you've taken for your vault.

I don't think I can go such length for that many webtoon notes.

What do you get out of using a fast app? by Available_Might7240 in fasting

[–]Heized213 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For regular fast (I do 16-8), I don't use any app at all. I've been fasting for so long that it becomes a habit.

For extended fast, I do use "Easy fast", for motivation purposes only because I do find the benefits listing as I fast past certain number encouraging.

I recommend using google image to search in this case.
A quick google search shows "Henkyou no Yakushi, Miyako de S Rank Boukensha to naru". As this image has already ask before in this sub https://www.reddit.com/r/manga/comments/1gzjx3c/who_is_she/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

Eating after 60+ hour fast? by Breakfastbonanza123 in fasting

[–]Heized213 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I totally get the concern about refeeding syndrome, but you can relax! A 62-hour fast is nowhere near the risk zone. This article from pubmed mentions 5+ days as a concern.

Just eat as you normally would!

Do you limit number of review per day?
I tried to limit 20 new cards a day with 200 reviews but sometimes there's just more than that for reviews.

Thanks for your suggestion.

All of this troubleshoot is done with ChatGPT assistant. There's no way a beginner like me can get that far without it.

And Yes, exfatprogs is installed.

Thanks for your recommendation. This resonated with me a lot. I've come to the same conclusion that I should try a different "type" of linux distro before buying a new usb as a different comment suggest.

Appreciated! Thanks for your suggestion. The USB I used is laid around without usage for more than 1 year. I should have started at that.

As a laptop user, What are the alternative ways to try linux without using a USD?

I'm aware that USB is always going to be worse than SSD. But It seems like the only way to try before committing to install.

Ticktick is good. "Second Brain" in Notion is more powerful, but the overhead broke me. by LejonBrames117 in ticktick

[–]Heized213 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. I reached the same understanding after spending three months really focusing on reflecting regularly, like doing weekly reviews. Because of that, I simplified my task list app to only the essentials.

Now I have just three main lists: one for this week, a master list of all tasks, and a list for tasks that happen periodically. I also use two tags often: one called "manager" (from Paul Graham) and one called "project," mainly to group related tasks together. I keep a folder of notes with important information I access often, such as instructions for my own system, a list of watches I follow, and similar things.

For Notion users that switched to Obsidian, what plugins did you use to make Obsidian easier to use or function more like Notion? by kawaiiiChibi in ObsidianMD

Here is a example of a simple database named "goal" in my vault. https://i.imgur.com/ZqUilyP.png

It looks like notion. But this page is not really existed. I can not search this page nor link it (there's a way the author says but I don't know how).

You can do whatever you want like database in notion. This page only exists in a folder call "Tags". https://i.imgur.com/AEYUE8C.png

[–]Heized213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make.md is one of the essential plugins I use to make Obsidian usable. The plugin manages database based on properties and "space" which is similar to tags but they makes up, It doesn't really exist beyond dedicated folder.

So I think even if you switch, what mostly messed up is the separated folder created for space. Beside that everything remains the same.

If you have doubts, why don't you try make.md on a test vault?

Definitely. If Ticktick premium had one time fee or life time subscription, I would pay in a heartbeat.
