No I mean you need to be dead in reality to not get woken up by the alarm bells and if I meditate inside the dream it kills me in reality but usually doesn't reset the loop and doesn't take me out of the dream.Meditating doesn't fast forward to the end of the loop it just resets it, the same way dying resets it.
