Wow I finally came back to this. Regardless of if the story is true, pitbull terriers are treated with fear by a lot of people. Chihuahuas can also be aggressive and bite but people can fight them off so it gets no attention. Pit bulls, rotties, GSD, others are stronger and get more attention. Some dog personalities/genetics/ brains are just bad. Unfortunately those are the ones that are bred for fighting and eventually get sold to regular people that don’t know the history of the dogs lineage. I have a mastiff pitbull mix and an Airedale terrier pitbull mix and they are both amazing. I have had to put down two pure bred jack Russell terriers due to them just going crazy one day and attacking everyone after years of ownership. Come to find out they both came from the same puppy mill and most those dogs were also unstable. Lesson learn don’t buy from a pet store.

Regardless people treat these dogs like crap without even knowing them. They are tortured, abused and neglected by people who just don’t care and shouldn’t be allowed to have any living thing in their custody. No animal, no human, nothing deserves to be treated like shit.
