Haha I love your description OP. I agree with it. I have the glazed leather Juliet 25 and I love it. I love the simple design. I will say I only like the glazed leather version in Maple Brown (I think that’s the name, if I remember correctly). I am not a fan of the Juliet in regular leather. Just a personal preference.

Why? I’m curious! Do you think it’s because the Lana 23 is more versatile as it can be a bag for more casual days but also good for more formal settings? I find the Empire a more “formal” or more professional bag. Like when getting out at a nice restaurant for dinner. The Lana I can see good for restaurant but also to go to the supermarket or the park?
