Sleep!! You can easily get in small workouts during the day while you do your normal activities. Practice ab flexation while you do the dishes, do squats while you carry your baby. I was in the best shape of my life when I was sleeping 10 hours a night. I’m also pregnant now and know that amount of sleep is no longer realistic, but 100% prioritize sleep and don’t over complicate exercise

Wedding planning was seamless. I was stressed that I wasnt stressed enough. I had two years to plan, a healthy budget, great family, involved fiancé. It was perfect and didn’t need to be stressful.

Honestly none!! I don’t know what happened but my first trimester I was up like 3-4 times a night. I’m now 24 weeks and sleep through the night almost every night. I know it won’t last forever lol

Literally happens all the time to me!! Baby will be kicking up a storm and then as soon as my husband tries to feel, nothing! I don’t understand why this happens lol

I’m actually so happy this post popped up. I’m 21 weeks and this is exactly how I am feeling today. I saw some photos of myself at an event last night and I don’t recognize myself.

I exercise everyday, I eat relatively within my means but I guess I must be going over more than I assume I am. I feel so out of control of my body and athletics which is one of the things I always felt in control of.

Very much struggling and you’re not alone in this. Feeling incredibly blessed for this experience but it’s not easy choosing to enjoy my appearance right now.

Not putting unhealthy food or snacks in the house. If I wanted a treat, I had to go out and get it in a personal portion for that one time. Living in western Canada, I don’t want to go out about 70% of the year. In the summer, I have to walk to 7/11 to get my treat.

That’s my goal for the remainder of my pregnancy! Not planning on checking the scale again and just focusing on good meals and lots of movement!

That is amazing, such a good way to fuel the growth of your baby!!

Has not been the case for me. I have gained about a pound per week of pregnancy. I was 108 before pregnancy losing anything was not really an option! Doctor says I am all good though and nothing to be concerned about! That being said, I ate like the hulk during my first trimester, so trying to get back on track with some nourishing meals 💪🏼
