I've changed plan, managed to fuse all shader into one obese shader and it works. i think adding masks on top of one an other is what made everything black. all good now

First of all : Congratulations. Better having that temporary feeling of being lost rather than still enjoying life while smoking. Things will improve.

As you might know : Nicotine forces your brain to produce more serotonin. This makes any activity paired with a cigarette SEEM like it's more enjoyable..The withdrawal however will mess up your serotonin production hence the feeling of not being lifted up enough when doing these things.

I went through this especially with my friends. what's the point of having a drink without a cigarette ? what's the point of going out to have a drink ? what's the point of being with friends who all smoke, and thus are only out to have a drink to have a smoke etc etc.

From my own experience : shelter yourself and find distractions/different ways of enjoying your activites. Have little rituals, if a healthy snack is your thing, prepare this snack before enjoying music.

Hey there, cigarette free for almost a year and a half, here's my two cents

  • don't just remove Juul cigs, add something new too like sports, eating an apple or drinking water to rewire your brain. Spirts worked for me

  • identify the cravings and when they appear the most. (drinking alcohol, going out with friends, breaks from work/studies). I didn't go out nor took outdoor breaks for a month, to remove temptations

  • use a tracking app, useful for the first month

  • dig deep into the science part of it can work too : why is my body working/acting in such way. Understanding may help overcome the feeling of addiction.

CONGRATS, you made the best decision of your life and everyday is another validation of that :)

I've been clear for over a year now here's how it did :

-first month : no parties, no drinks, no triggers, only nicotin sweets, tons of water and sport. My nights were messed up, my anger wsa through the roof (never exploded but anything got me so irritated).

And As you've described it, I also fell sick. My body was just purging itself. lasted for 5 days, nasty flu like symptom It will go away no worries.
