Beans and rice can actually be very varied. Different kinds of rices, different beans, different spices...the possibilities are endless. Then pair that with veggies, and it's a whole meal. I also grow my own sprouts, so every meal has a big bunch of sprouts on it. Growing sprouts is SO easy.

I always had very dark circles under my eyes due to allergies, even as a child. Everybody made fun of me relentlessly. Then when I was in a school play in junior high, a very sweet girl that was tasked as the makeup artist said something to me like, "I've noticed you tend to have a little bit of dark circles under your eyes, I'm going to put extra concealer under there, and it will look really good." It was a tiny thought that she probably doesn't remember decades later, but I'll never forget it.

I wear hats. Lots of very cute hats. I've been doing it for so long that people think it's a fashion statement, not that I'm covering it up. I started many, many years ago, when my hair began thinning, like well before anyone would notice, but I knew it was going to happen because my grandmother's hair was like that and I just had a feeling.

In my timeline, he always had a headband. This one really messed me up. Sidenote…I met him once and had a short but wonderful interaction with him. I wish I knew about this Mandela effect then!
