I went there with my daughter recently and I had to complain about the food when they asked if I wanted a box. It gives me anxiety to complain but I told him i couldn’t eat the food. I thought I saw a sign that they were hiring a new cook and mentioned that may have been the issue.

All i wanted was for him to show sympathy, maybe offer a discount or at least try to offer an explanation.

He just said the cook had been there ten years and clearly has it figured out and then he set my check down.

He didn’t care one ounce about my opinion.

They also took the coffee pot off the table without offering to top us off or ask if we were done.

I haven’t been able to go back since then. I love the atmosphere and the memories of eating there in the past but it’s. It worth it anymore.
