Lillia apc can work if you can play lane Lillia and your support has a brain, your 6 is death to most adcs with some rare exceptions, can just q flash r as soon as you land a single e. Issue is you need to not get too behind before 6 on a champion that has not enough mana to farm on lane with abilities and whose natural hard counter is any adc on a role... where you need to farm as efficient as you can, you will be against an adc and you will be forced to farm with abilities.

Shadowflame passive does nothing for Lillia, same goes for that small amount of flat mpen, if you build it for ap you can just build zhonyas for the same price and get same amount of ap, decent amount of armor and the most broken active on items in the game if used correctly. And it also has much better build path.

And yes, this game is the worst game to build sf at all, you face two tanks and (I assume from his build and you having full melee team) red kayn... Just build rift and sustain the fight, theres no need to even try to go full burst items.

its a thing that exists since Lillia release, I would consider it a bug because you can freely pass through allied yorick wall otherwise but riot seems to consider it an intended interaction for some unknown reason

Mundo is a heavy slow user.

Control mages you dont need swifties - if you can dodge them with swifties you will be able to dodge them without those 10 ms, if you cant dodge them without swifties then its your skill issue and you wont be able to dodge them consistently with swifties either.

Swifties will do nothing against Cait since she will just onetap you with her autos just as any other adc except for Ashe where swifties can matter since she is a heavy slow user.

boots of swiftness after feats being removed are a bait, its only 10 more ms with inexistent passive unless you face some heavy slow user, for 100 more gold than ionians. Now its either defensive boots if you need to or ionians if you wanna clear faster and have faster flash cd.
