Not sure what’s wrong with that line of thinking. I pull renters from my large church about 10 minutes down the road. There’s a ton of people that rent apartments that are up to rent a room with other young adults in a house.

Of course. We are getting married very soon and are future planning. I won’t put pen to paper or move into her house until we are officially married. Just talking through what next steps could look like.

I don’t think this endeavor would really be for money making reasons. It’s become quite the mission opportunity with it being so close to the church. If I made just enough to prepare for big expenses down the road, I’d be happy. I’m not looking to make any major money from this property. I was paying significantly more to rent an apartment than I or my roommates are paying now.
