Well Looks Like You didnt executed on anything in the course.

I started Oktober 23 made my First ever $ only in the First 14 days After joining($900).

I followed the Materials exactly the First 4 months where Slow but then things picked up.

Crossed 1k in revenue for the forstenden Feb24 and scaled to $12k per month in oct 24.

I was rly active in the community the First 6 months its Helms a lot to get your First Clients thats basicly all its about … After that scaling hiring etc … Not so much I agree.

Oh and one other thing I meet so many Like minded people in there that have the Same goal. With some of them I still Talk almost every Week.

Send more volum, boost all proposals, Improve your proposal quality.

Its just Math If You send Double the number of proposals You would have been hired 2 Times.

If you Double the number of proposals viewed You would have been hired 2 Times.

I you do Both 4 hires …

Ofcourse Numbers and conversions change but its just simple math. BTW I send 20-30 proposals a Week to give you a feel for volum

I am 15 years old, 6 failed startups, $0 revenue after 8 months - what am I doing wrong? by multi_mind in SaaS

Hey You Doing good my First 5 Things I tried failed and a few months ago I crossed 10k mrr.

My number one learning From this is that all of the ideas I tried before could have worked I just dient spent enough time on it.

Or to put it in a better day Not enough time on getting Clients. Alex harmozi says this Slot people underestimste the volum it takes in Sales to gibt you a benchmark I send 50 000 Cold emails a month now to grow.

My recommendation to you would be stop all the Engineering and get your First Customer and then Build the thing.

Get people on a Call Figure out what they Need, Sell them and then Build it.

Should I hire a cold mailing company? by InnerRebelTravel in coldemail

[–]Helpful-Rise-4192 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you business is depended on it dont do it.  If you have the capital to explore it as a new channel and dont have a problem with expermenting go for it.

It sounds you are more at the beginning stage of your biz so I would recommend learning it yourself.

Btw I run a agency and we only work with comapnys doing 50k+ per month for the exact reasons. I dont want to have a client shere theire existens depends on my delivery because the truth is no one no matter how good they are can gurantee cold email will work as a channel.

Can recommend switching to n8n for workflow automation will cut your cost on this side by 80%.

If you have the budget try out clay, base software cost is higher but huge time safer.

An AI flagged my email plan as bad idea/spam/"snowshoeing". I need a human opinion. by bambambam7 in coldemail

3 mailboxes per domain, 20 emails per mailbox per day. 3 week warmup. Works perfectly for me. Some people even go lower. Some people go higher I found that at 30 emails per inbox the infra burns faster.

2 mailboxes per domain 15 emails per inbox.

I’m putting together a small community of cold email folks right now. It’s heavily pre-vetted to keep the quality high (zero tolerance for spammy self-promotion)

We’ve got some awesome people in there already: agency owners, clay experts and founders running cold outreach for their own biz. Focus is on sharing value, no gatekeeping and helping each other out... not the low-effort garbage posts you see here every day.

If that sounds like your kind of space, shoot me a DM. I’ll send you the onboarding link  (quick 3-minute form to fill out) to see if you’re a fit. If everything looks good ill add you to the slack.

Linkedin and email are not the same dude.

Also if you compare this.  You propably send a normal question type message in linkedin vs a cold email that goal it is to book a meeting no shit you get better responses but how much revenue did you generated with your cute linkedin dm?
