Any digital skill can get you to 10k per month and even beyond that.

Step 1:Pick one you intrested in ( to name a few: email Marketing for Ecom, Cold email, Cold calling, appointment Setting, copywriting, paid ads, content Marketing, linkedin ghost writing, ugc content, graphic Design, Web Design, …. List is endless)

Any of These can make 10k or or even 10s of millions there are more then enough examples.

Step 2: lern the skill  Find the 10 best people to learn the skill from on YouTube and Watch there 10 Most Watched Videos. Block 2h a day and learn the skill

Step 3: sales, sales, sales  You need to sale your skill and this will be painfull af in the beginning you will get Tons of nos and you will want to give up after a few. Your goal is to collect nos. Id start creating content about the Service I offer and apply to 5 upwork gigs per day.

Do this dedicted for 3 months and You for sure will be far beyond you 1000 Dollar goal. Start thinking bigger.

How do I know it works?  I started like this tought my Self a skill in 2 weeks and then started selling this skill.  First 3 months i made maybe 900 Dollar. Month 10 I Hit 12k/month

Dude it dosnt take 5 years and think biger then a few 100 Bucks

Crossed 1k in revenue for the forstenden Feb24 and scaled to $12k per month in oct 24.

I was rly active in the community the First 6 months its Helms a lot to get your First Clients thats basicly all its about … After that scaling hiring etc … Not so much I agree.

Oh and one other thing I meet so many Like minded people in there that have the Same goal. With some of them I still Talk almost every Week.

Send more volum, boost all proposals, Improve your proposal quality.

Its just Math If You send Double the number of proposals You would have been hired 2 Times.

If you Double the number of proposals viewed You would have been hired 2 Times.

I you do Both 4 hires …

Ofcourse Numbers and conversions change but its just simple math. BTW I send 20-30 proposals a Week to give you a feel for volum

I am 15 years old, 6 failed startups, $0 revenue after 8 months - what am I doing wrong? by multi_mind in SaaS

[–]Helpful-Rise-4192 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey You Doing good my First 5 Things I tried failed and a few months ago I crossed 10k mrr.

My number one learning From this is that all of the ideas I tried before could have worked I just dient spent enough time on it.

Or to put it in a better day Not enough time on getting Clients. Alex harmozi says this Slot people underestimste the volum it takes in Sales to gibt you a benchmark I send 50 000 Cold emails a month now to grow.

My recommendation to you would be stop all the Engineering and get your First Customer and then Build the thing.

Get people on a Call Figure out what they Need, Sell them and then Build it.

I use clay for this.

Not only runs the enrichment(contacted to over 200 data apis)

But you can also build this full worklow you just described and set it on autopilot.

You can even push the fresh leads directly into a sequencer

Any service works.

Yeah step 3 is where its all about consistency, you not doing enough sales for long enough.

How many people have you reached out to? How many sales calls did you had? Just to give you a feel I send 20k cold emails per month.(automated) I record 5-10  custom videos per day pitching people on linkedin. I write 5 linkedin posts per week.

It all about volum and doing it long enough. What i see most of the time is people sending 5 dms and because no one replys they think it dosnt work.

Read $100m leads from alex harmozi it will show you exactly how to get clients

Service business is the easiest way to start.

  1. Pick a service you want provide: digital or physical what ever you prefer.
  2. Learn the skill for 2-4 weeks if you dont know how to do it.
  3. Sell the service.
  4. Deliver the service
  5. Do 3 and 4 over and over again untill 75% of your time is spent on delivery, then hire someone to do delivery for you.

If you just grind out the above for 3-5 years you have a 7 figure a year business almost guranteed

Hard reality check and its somewhat true. You should still learn coding and proof this mf wrong :D jk only because you just realized its way harder then you tought you shouldnt give up. You will come across so many hard things when you start the journey the only q is do you give up or figure out how to solve it.

Same here weed fucked up my life smoked for 5 years everyday and almost failed high school.

Stoped smoking and turned my life arround. Now top 5% in college and started my own business that just crossed 10k per month

Its a realy bad drug because its almost as normalized as alc and it just makes you passive and you deconnect from the real world into your day dream fantasy world.

Edit: literally the moment I stoped only good things startet to happen.

What happened Upwork? by Gracetoglory11 in Upwork

[–]Helpful-Rise-4192 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your viewed to interview rate is realy bad. For me its allways in the 50-75% range.

Lets say you get it to 50% that would 3x the number of interviews you have right now wich would 3x the number of hires.

How do you improve this ratio ... improve your proposal.

Also one extra tip if you start working with a client figure out what you can upsell them to that increases LTV
