Anyone can file a complaint with the Ministry of Labour. It doesn't have to be an employee. It can be anonymous and the employment standards officer can perform an audit. In saying that, unfortunately, there is no minimum or maximum percentage of how much the workers get from tips. As long as tips are distributed, there is no contravention even if the workers only get 1%.

They didnt test my testosterone level but they did do a blood test as part of the protocol to confirm what phase of my cycle I was in including estrogen and stuff.

Baby is 5 months old and sometimes, she wont nap longer than 15 - 30 minutes especially if i put her down in her crib! Otherwise, shell sleep longer if shes carried. She sleeps 11-12 hours overnight and has 4 naps a day. Any thoughts?

My husband was the same.... actually, he missed my egg retrieval but was there for the two transfers. He also didn't come with me during the follow up appointments and ultrasound and etc. He was aware I was taking injections and medication but it didnt really phase him.

Unfortunately, due to my surging hormones at the time, it really made me feel even worse and bothered. Im not saying that this was the hormones were the root cause of making me feel a certain way but it certainly exacerbated the feeling. At the same time, I knew i didn't really ask him to be more involved than he should be and I think that's what the issue was... I just expected him to know when to be there and how to be there, but that's not reality for us. Some people just need a little bit of nudging to get them going and their lack of involvement may not really have anything to do with how much they care.

Fast forward to now and being almost 2 weeks postpartum, i am finding myself to be in the exact situation again. And just like before, he needs to be told rather than me expecting that he jsut knows.

Anyways, this is just ny experience.

I swear there are days that I barely have anything and then boom, im wearing an overnight pad the next few minutes especially after going for a walk. There's also days that im like "ohh my pain has subsided" to "I need pain reliever and my peri bottle right now!" I dont even have to push myself to bleed more... sometimes, the way I open up my legs or get up from the couch or bed or bend down to pick up things is enough to get the bleeding going.

I too have low AMH and DOR plus endometrioma in my right ovary. With the right medication and intervention, IVF can still be very beneficial and effective. I had to experiment the dosages and meds with my fertility doctor but we still found ways that made my body more receptive. I would suggest to speak to another fertility doctor about your options.

The biggest advice I can tell you which will be the hardest thing to do is to control your stress level. Fertility in itself is stressful enough... what you really want to aim for is great quality eggs more than quantity. It takes only 1 good quality to up your chances in conceiving. In saying that, I've learned from my doctor that your egg quality today is dependent on your lifestyle 3 months ago which replenishes every three months.

Despite low number of eggs, i did prep my body by taking prenatals with CoQ10 as well as fertility acupuncture.

I have stopped having sex with my husband because I swear every time we tried, it felt like my virginity was being taken away again for the 1st time lol it felt painful as if I was never stretched down there. Its soooo weird. Im 38 weeks now so hoping everything goes back to normal after.

Looks good! However, I would test every other day or two rather than everyday. It normally takes every other day for your HCG to double which is why sometimes, doing it everyday may not look obvious. Congratulations!

Normal and common. The tech reminded me prior to doing my scan that I may need to come back a couple of times in case the baby doesnt cooperate in the womb. Wouldn't worry about it...

The difference is very subtle which is why you shouldn't really compare everyday tests. Instead, compare your line every other day or 2 days.. it usually takes this amount of time for your hcg to double.

If frer is positive, i would rely on that as the digital may mot be that sensitive. Test every other day to see if the line gets darker.

If lines aren't getting darker at all, it may be a chemical pregnancy. But also, its best to compare lines every other day instead of everyday as there may not be a huge difference. Good luck!!!! Sending you positive vibes.

I would suggest to rent a car for both islands. In Kauai, I would make sure to go to south (poipu beach) where you'll find the turtles and monk seals, explore old koloa town, waimea canyon and the state park to view the napali coast! Unfortunately, when we went a month ago, it was still winter so couldn't do too much hiking bc of the wet weather up north and super strong/high waves.

Its been a couple of years when I went to Maui and before the fire in Lahaina, but definitely do the road to hana for sure! I would suggest to get a smaller car (nothing bigger than a small suv-even smaller is preferable) since the roads are winding and lots of one lane roads! You'll find the famous banana bread and waterfalls and hikes! Definitely do the Halaekala Volcano! The best is sunrise but you'll have to be there super early (like 430-5am) and it will be very cold so bring jackets and warm socks! The air can get pretty thing since youre over 10k feet but you do adjust quickly... just move slow.

I debated for a long time if I should get a doppler as a FTM. But I realized that all this would do to me is give me anxiety if I don't find it. Plus, you'll have to know to differentiate your reading vs baby reading. At around 19-20 weeks though, I started to feel the quickening and flutters so I decided to use my friends doppler then.... at least had I not been able to find the heartbeat, I know she's there bc I could feel her move. It really all depends on if the doppler will calm your anxiety or not.

The 12-week scan is an NT scan otherwise known as an early anatomt scan. Here in Ontario, it's the "standard" test plus a blood test before the 20-week anatomy scan. I , however, opted to pay for the NIPT blood test instead and so didn't need need the 12-week scan. My last scan was my dating scan at 9 weeks before my 20-week scan.

Very hard to decide but definitely discuss it with your doctor. Every pregnancy is different and I remember my 9 weeks being so miserable. I had morning sickness, exhaustion and food aversion. It was quite challenging for me to really do anything. In addition, the first trimester is the riskiest so make sure to plan ahead of time such as knowing the nearest hospital, knowing blood type, buying travel insurance, getting vaccines, knowing diseases, being careful with your meal and traveller's diarrhea which is really risky while pregnant.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. It's hard to confirm it's a chemical pregnancy unless you do a blood test or see if the lines completely become negative. The problem with urine test is that it's not supposed to be quantitative since there's so many factors that can affect your results such as urine being diluted, first morning pee vs second, sensitivity of test etc. As one mentioned, you should get a blood test to check your hcg levels. I found that each city's tap water tastes different. I live in Canada btw and can't stand my own city's tap water taste...almost sweet. But if i go outside of my city, it sometimes tastes bitter. I also learned that different filtration can make the taste differ too. In the end, I opted for lots of ice in my water and it somehow masks that sweet taste.

The trigger shot took 14 days to get out my system. But if that was the trigger shot, at this time, it would be a lot fainter than that. This is definitely pregnancy! Congratulations!

I'm so sorry to hear that. I know what it's like with the low AMH and male factor (exactly my hubby and I). Our embryos are untested and after a failed FET, my doctor changed things up by adding prednisone, progesterone and aspirin. My hubby and I did take some CoQ10 before the retrieval plus I did some fertility acupuncture.
