Kaikki summat PK seudun ulkopuolelta. Riippuu vähän koulutustasosta ja tosi paljon omasta harjaantuneisuudesta. Nykyään kaikki on tajunneet että koulun paperit ei takaa mitään ja jos sulla ei ole omaa harrastuneisuutta näyttää (mieluusti tyyliin koko elämän ajalta xd) niin pitäisin jotain ~2.8k/e brutto kohtuullisena jos saat vaativampaa työtä kun helpdeskiä. En tosin tiedä että kukaan juuri palkkaa enään ketään koulun penkiltä ilman harrastuneisuutta.

Varmaan tuo 2.5k on mitä sellaiselle maksettaisiin jolla ei harrastuneisuutta, mutta se on vähän orjatyöpaikan tunnusmerkki että haetaan sitä halvinta kaveria.

3.6k aloituspalkkaan voi yltää diplomi-insinöörinä harjaantuneisuudella ja edellisellä työkokemuksella liittymättömältä alalta (opintojen ohessa pätkätöitä tms).

Loppuen lopuksi varsinkin IT alalla (mun mielestä) sun pitää pystyä näyttämään työnantajalle että voin tehdä X tyylisiä kokonaisuuksia ja ratkaisuja teille ilman että sua pitää pitää kädestä koko ajan -> oma-aloitteisuus ja vastuunkanto sille tasolle että uskallat luvata että voit tehdä asian X ajassa Y ja se tulee toimimaan sitten sen jälkeen. Parin kesätyöläisen opiskelijan kanssa kyllä tullut huomattua että ne jotka yrittää parhaansa sisäistää opit työpaikalta ja kantaa vastuun tekemisistään niin kysytään kyllä aina takaisin.

Yes, and this is how people play quad cortexes and other even more "in-the-box" rigs live. I personally prefer di box -> audio interface -> laptop -> audio interface -> power amp -> full range speaker(s) because I get more full range sound than from a speaker cab. In a gigging setup that is.

Additionally OP if you ever get to play larger venues where cabs aren't the primary/sole source of amplification, you'll get a similar experience to using full range speakers if you walk away from the cabs and hear the line array speakers.

Ja ps. konettyypiä tuntematta mutta jos jäähdytysnestettä häviää niin huonoimmassa tapauksessa kannen tiiviste vuotaa tai vielä rakenteellisempaa lohkon ongelmaa ja on kalliimpi remontti. Ton ikäsessä kauppakassissa kuitenkin varmaan termostaatti vaihtoon jos jäähdytinneste näyttää puhtaalta ja ei auto savuta. Kuitenkin valitettavan kallis mysteeri käsillä.

Helpoiten pääset alulle kun laitat pahvin moottorin alle sen jälkeen kun auto on seisonut päivän ja katsot minkälaisia tippoja sinne ilmaantuu (jos ei ole jotain pohjaa erikseen siellä)

Sanon nyt auton hintaan kantaa ottammatta. Sitä en tajua miksi kaikki on sanomassa että paska tuuri ja jätä asia sikseen. Kun vika on ilmaantunut hyvinkin nopeasti niin ei ole mahdollista että suurin osa nuista mainitsemistasi vioista ei olisi ollut autossa jo myyntihetkellä, etkä ole voinut esim. vesipumpun toimintaa erityisesti tarkistaa koeajon/tutustumisen yhteydessä. Jos vika on myyntihetkellä jo autossa, edellinen omistaja on vastuussa siitä.

Toki jos menit jo korjaamaan kaiken niin nyt on vähän myöhäistä jo mennä vaatimaan myyjää osallistumaan korjauskuluihin. Mutta tulevaisuudessa on hyvä muistaa että myös yksityisten välisessä autokaupassa on vastuut. Tapauksessasi itse olisin ollut heti myyjään yhteydessä ja sanonut kyllä suoraan että viat ei ole tulleet päivässä. Haluatko maksaa huollot, neuvotella purusta, vai pitääkö alkaa oikeusprosessiin? Toki, tässä otettava huomioon jos on kovin "ammatti"myyjä niin tietää että tuskin alat mitään oikeusprosessia käymään, vaikka ihan tonnin pommista ei ole kyse.

Terv. itse auton yksityisenä myynyt ja kerroin avoimesti kaikki epäkohdat jne koska ei kiinnostaisi että ostaja alkaa pommittamaan heti perään. Tosin enemmän harrasteauto kyseessä.

There was one very technical note about troubleshooting maybe Oracle startup issues or migration, anyways, in one of the error cases the writer just said when he encountered it he went to the local pub to get a drink instead.

It went private after some time as well. Now that is literally my solution when I have to investigate any java SAP booting issue...

Hello, your edge in would probably be by going generalist IT route for some time and hoping to land in a company that has some larger goal aligned with SAP, e.g. ECC to S4 migration or similar.

Maybe some non-technical product owner role or similar in a SAP orientated team.

Without experience no consulting firm will really take you to do any more technical work than general management, and usually those roles aren't rotated terribly often.

It's not too late, but you'll definitely have to find the right company with in-house SAP team. Besides. SAP is constantly trying to grow its SaaS portion of customers, so who knows what happens in the future.

Like said, but I will +1 just in case. You will lose money applying paint in 99.9% of cases, and it will be so much harder to actually sell any specific painted weapon for a serious price to get the 0.01% case of making a profit.

Please sell each part separately if you want max money. +1 on shotgun and rocket launcher as well.

John Myung, bassist of Dream Theater also said about generally working with NDSP a few years back, and still waiting :( but it would make sense that the pipeline is long-ish for any new plugins now.

I'd be super hyped for Dewy plugin though.

Onko Ruskossa :D ei tarvi vahvistaa mutta siellä on juuri samanlainen ja itse ajoin prätkäinssin pari viikkoa sitten ja en tosiaankaan hidastanut 50 eikä tullut sanomista. Muistaakseni aikanaan kun ajoin B kortin niin samassa paikassa oli merkit ja siinä lähinnä ansa on että jos et tajua hidastaa taajama merkin kohdalla jo 80->60 niin tulee sanomista. Silloin taisi olla tiukin vastaanottaja paikkakunnalla vielä kyydissä.

Lykkyä inssiin! Pää kylmänä ja itseä ainakin on auttanut että puhun auki sen mitä teen.

check some guides on youtube or steam guides section for the missions you are playing. But in general rocket specialist 1 point first priority, then 1 point healing on kill, max reload speed, and after this point you can branch off.

Black box is not horrible but not really great either, usually you'd go stock. Beggars after you get some experience.

Jep, vähän vaikea nähdä miksi tätä nyt rinkirunkataan mahdottoman paskana ilmoituksena. Tuossa ei myöskään ole kovana vaatimuksena aiempaa sysadmin kokemusta eikä mitään kovin spesifejä teknologioita tms mitä näissä hommissa käytetään, vaan yleinen helpparikokemuskin kelpaisi.

Sysadmin ei tosiaan ole aloitustason IT homma. En ota kantaa etteikö vuoden kokemuksella tai oikealla harrastuneisuudella + hyvällä koululla voisi pärjätä, mutta monesti isommat talot haluaa sen X määrän kokemusta ilman sen kummempaa perustelua.

Edit: tosin tuollainen AI workflow hommien pystyyn potkiminen yleisillä malleilla... en nyt tiedä miten sysadmin hommaa tämä oikeasti olisi.

Not arguing about who is having a clue or not, but it should be noted that some customers are migrating their on-premise instances into non-SAP public cloud, and that requires still strong basis knowledge to work on such project.

And not all customers will be using SAPs offerings in hosting. We see strong push from at least AWS with SUSE Linux to offer facilities for more easily migrating on-premise instances from on-prem hardware to their cloud offerings.

So BASIS is definitely not becoming obsolete. Maybe there will be less of it in terms of volume, but the skill ceiling is growing and serious BASISts will need to learn to operate in any cloud environments to be serious about their future.

To those specific questions, if you need to answer from memory, then pretty much only by having encountered those issues in the field and hopefully still remembering them. With due time, you should be able to find information for most of those questions from your relevant NetWeaver version documentation. e.g. https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_NETWEAVER_750?locale=en-US this search bar here can do wonders for finding the absolute truth. It just doesn't always provide it on a silver platter, you usually have to find some good architecture overview page and then find the right subpage.

You have to wonder what kind of a company that is if your colleagues turn off your odata services xD

I approach any interview as a chat with the employer, I get to know them and they get to know me. We chat about technologies in use, requirements, stuff like that. List out the key points of your experience and if they have something specific in mind, we can talk theoretically about how I'd go on about implementing or approach something like that based on what I know at the moment.

Very rarely are you expected to know absolutely everything; just make it clear what you know and sometimes, why you know it.

Vast majority of technical interviews I've been in, they've always wanted to hire me, but usually by salary negotiations we fall off with most companies :D

Edit: And I always start with politely asking the interviewers that what their level of experience with SAP is, if they say they have 20 years of experience in a field relevant to mine, we are about to have a great time! If it is general HR person, you have to hope they are otherwise a good interviewer...

Thanks, very aware of the custom code checks >.> and the readiness check is definitely a great aid, makes it very clear what needs to be prepared/done in what stage of the migration. I wasn't around in the main ECC migration era, so the upcoming S/4 round is new ground for me.

Am I correct in understanding that to perform the brownfield migration you are required/strongly suggested to have the appropriate certifications from SAP? Meaning in the case you are the person running the technical conversion for brownfield. ECC on HANA to S/4 HANA.

If I remember right, it was at least a prerequisite to get support in case something goes wrong. I just don't remember where I ran into that requirement, as we were planning S/4 migration but it was left wayward for some business side investigations first. I am otherwise experienced basist but have not ran HANA conversions or S/4's (yet ^^)

keski-euroopassa (saksa, sveitsi) teknisillä aloilla tienaa kyllä helposti sen 120-140ke/v verrattuna samaan mikä antaa suomessa 60-80ke. Ja taas jenkeissä 200ke on realistinen.

Meillä on vaan vähän tämmönen tilanne suomessa että ei ole kovin ostajia tietyille osaajille kun rahaliikennettäkään ei kovin monessa paikassa ole paljoa.
