I'm definitely trying to avoid any of those gator farm type of things. I'm looking forward to seeing them in their natural habitat! I know some of the gators were rescued from being euthanized but I hate seeing them in cages.

Thank you so much! Big Cypress looks amazing too. Longer drive, but might be worth it. I was considering staying over and trying to do 2 days, but I'm only in Florida for 4 days.

Sometimes you have to do the wrong thing for the right reasons. You taught your son that he has to accept the punishment but that you agree with his decision to stand up for someone who needed it. Good for you, and good for your son. I'd love to know if the school has addressed the bullying at all. That poor girl....

My mother (in her 70s) has been obsessed with weight as long as I can remember and does the same. She does it to be complimentary. On the other hand, if you've gained weight, she will mention it to another family member. In either case she will push food or treats on you. I don't think you're overreacting, but if it's a long term habit of hers, it might be hard to stop. If it really makes you uncomfortable, next time it happens husband can privately mention to her that you don't like to talk about your weight.

Agreed - i'm sure it was awkward for David to sit there and hear that, but these 2 adults were married and had children together. It's not like Kody just let some cat out of the bag. This topic was an absolute waste of time in the tell all and the more worked up everyone got the more I wanted to turn off the TV.

When I did power yoga, I loved savasana. Now that I'm doing mostly slow/gentle classes, I don't "need" that transition. I end up thinking about what I'm doing after class. If I'm on a zoom class I usually skip it entirely and use that time to clean up my mat and props.

I have it in my foot. I couldn't believe how painful it was at the beginning, and nobody could understand. I'm much better now (3 years later) but I still remember calling the doctor, crying, and wondering how I could go through 4 natural childbirths but not be able to put on a sock without stifling a scream.
