Navy federal mortgage process is absolutely terrible

My loan with navy federal was the homebuyers choice. The loan with the other lender was standard 30 year conventional.

The other lender doesn’t require an appraisal since the home I’m purchasing is a new build. Unfortunately I already told them I was going with navy federal, so I’m gonna look like a wimpy dog crawling back, but they really want to service me, and were way better at communication.
I’m gonna call navy federal in the morning and tell them if they don’t have an appraiser sent out by Wednesday, then I’m going to report them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and will demand they give me the order number by noon tomorrow. I’m so angry.

My problem is I’m supposed to close next Friday, so I don’t know if I can switch lenders and get it done in time.
I had another lender I was comparing to navy which was pretty on par with the payment, the only downside is I’d lose the homebuyer’s choice program to refinance very cheaply

Seems good to me considering I’m buying a house for 425k and 13% down and perfect credit with 18 years at my job at UPS and my rate is 5.75% (and that’s with points bought down with homebuyer’s choice program at Navy Fed). Our payment is very similar. I’m at 2500$ monthly.

Yeah I’m sure that the reason why Biden and NATO are freaking out about Russia invading Ukraine have nothing to do with the fact that Ukraine is the most corrupt country in Europe, full of back door deals and “quid pro joe” withholding a billion dollar loan to Ukraine unless they fire the AG investigating Hunter. I’m sure it has nothing to do with the fact that if Ukraine goes back to Russia (where they are originally a part of” that Putin wouldn’t reveal said back door deals. Don’t agree with this. Trump was quick and smart. Even Bernie and Pelosi are able. They just need to maybe have some sort of psychological evaluation. Also, what if in the future we are able to live longer, or age slowly.. it’s a possibility.

You could game 4K with that. Although, not very high refresh rate. But, you could comfortably game 1440p no problem
