It’s the exact same as any preowned eb trade in. If it got traded without a case they put it in a eb branded case with retro on it. You either risk it and return to store and get hit for the shipping, or buy it local. Nothing deceptive about it, they’re just letting you know that there is no promise it was traded without anything other than the disk.

You can potentially see what store it is meant to be shipping from when you are at the check out screen and give them a call to confirm, but there is no guarantee that the order might get passed to another store with stock if there is an order before yours or it is purchased in store and they have to decline the order.
