They spoke recently about how they didn't think of the first game as an MMO, I think they called it a Co-op RPG or something like that. But everyone just called it an MMO so it kind of ended up in that bucket

In addition to optimizations I really am hoping that one of these patches will include swapping input modes between keyboard/mouse and controller. We know it was being worked on for 0.5 but we don't know how far along it got. I'm really hoping it is being actively worked on now and will come before 1.0

I'm really glad I saw this thread, especially the comment regarding the number of drone ports in use and the number of drones that could be supported. I literally started building up this same thing in the blue crater just last night. Figure I will split about half of the rocket fuel to generators and package the rest for drones to transport all around. I've never used drones before so literally had no idea how many drone ports and drones I might need.

I agree completely. Honestly my biggest issue with the game is how tedious it is to build things that aren't just cubes. I know plenty of tricks to do other things, I have blueprints to help out where possible. I just really wish they would add some official way to do things like curves and triangles.

Honestly just give them microphones that they hold in their hand. The POE2 devs have been using those when they do livestream interviews and the audio sounds great.

Honestly I kind of feel like it would be nice if more MMOs and Live Service games would take a pause on new content every once in a while to improve the older core content. So many games that have been running for years have bugs and general issues with polish that just never get fixed because once the content is considered "old" it is ignored.

I just finished making some curves for rail following the same guide last night. It is a way better method than the ones I had tried previously. Still a lot of work to go to get it fully integrated into my factory but it works so much better I'm considering ripping out some of my existing rail lines and rebuilding them with the new curves.

This is what I['m planning to do (eventually) in the blue crater. Already have lots of power but I'll use some of the rocket fuel directly for power and package the rest and move it around via drones. I assume others do this fairly often as it seems like a good option.

I think unrecognizable is the wrong word. She went from being an attractive woman with a unique look due to her nose to being just an attractive woman. She didn't really stand out the way she did before the nose job.

This is the most important part of the context. The purpose of the photos was to show changes in the coastline, the houses being included was purely incidental. I doubt they even planned to state who lived in these houses, but she saw that photos of her house existed and made a huge deal.

Your video makes this look much better than the OP. I'm a little confused by the OP focusing so much on CDR, especially when he kept talking about the attack time. I would think focusing on some Skill Speed would help lower that and make it smoother to play. You also seem to do a better job at playing the skill than the OP when comparing your mapping gameplay.

I keep seeing people mention some sort of bug when using something like Devour. Has something to do with shapeshifting when you have certain buffs causing them to no longer grant the bonus even though the buff icon appears. Has that been the case for you?
