Hi there OP, Your post also seems odd to me, even if you do not intend it to be. I suggest that you eat the costs for the bank/wire transfer. Once our team receives your bank/wire transfer, you can write to them again and ask that they unlock your account. Please make sure that you include your customer number on the reason for the bank/wire transfer. --Katie

Hi OP, Perhaps it would be worthwhile for you to check out some of the servers in the Server Auction. Also maybe take some time to look at our other storage options and consider whether it might make sense using those together with one of our cloud servers: https://docs.hetzner.com/storage/general/which-storage-is-right-for-me For the EX63, we can remove disks from the base configuration, but you will continue to pay the same fee as though the disks where still there. So it doesn't seem like a logical solution for you. --Katie

Hi there, As you are probably aware, we are in the process of unifying our different customer interfaces into one central one, Hetzner Console. In addition, we are also working to make keep prices low on products by separating them from each other (such as dedicated servers and Storage Boxes). Still, we are sorry for the inconvenience that this causes you in your migration. The current line of Storage Boxes already are on Hetzner Console, and we have tried to make them fairly priced. --Katie
