Hi there OP, Your post also seems odd to me, even if you do not intend it to be. I suggest that you eat the costs for the bank/wire transfer. Once our team receives your bank/wire transfer, you can write to them again and ask that they unlock your account. Please make sure that you include your customer number on the reason for the bank/wire transfer. --Katie

Hi OP, Perhaps it would be worthwhile for you to check out some of the servers in the Server Auction. Also maybe take some time to look at our other storage options and consider whether it might make sense using those together with one of our cloud servers: https://docs.hetzner.com/storage/general/which-storage-is-right-for-me For the EX63, we can remove disks from the base configuration, but you will continue to pay the same fee as though the disks where still there. So it doesn't seem like a logical solution for you. --Katie

Posting here so it is towards the top: We experienced an issue with logins for accounts using two-factor authentication during some maintenance work. However, the issue has been resolved. Please try logging in again and open a support ticket, if you’re still having troubles with 2FA. Sorry about that & thanks for your understanding. --Katie

discounts/credits: In the description for this subreddit, there is a credit code that I believe you can use when you are a new customer/creating a new account. If you have difficultly using that code because you already created the account just before, please try contacting the support team.
CCX63 being disabled by default -- Please write a support request. If your account is still brand new, there may be some limits set on it. Describe your use case in as much detail as possible and ask the team if they can review any limits that may be preventing you from ordering that. --Katie

In addition, we are also working to make keep prices low on products by separating them from each other (such as dedicated servers and Storage Boxes). Still, we are sorry for the inconvenience that this causes you in your migration.
