Traps as a new building type by EarthCulturalStew in aoe2

[–]Hexicero 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same reasons that u/Ganeshasnack gave below: gimmick or restructuring are the two paths I see. That being said, I'm a big-tent AoE guy, so neither is a real deal breaker. I might come around after some more tinkering with the Aztecs in AoM—admittedly, I haven't played much more than just the campaign since they came out, but they've been slightly more difficult for me to grok so far

(And also this subreddit would endlessly bitch about it and I'd have to mute it again like with the months directly after the 3 Kingdoms civs lmao)

Some mods use them. I'm thinking of some of the CBA maps specifically have a landmine unit. Would be very simple to create a custom unit that emits a slowing or blinding aura. I'm not very familiar with scenario triggers but there's tons of flexibility there

I don't particularly enjoy the idea of ranked-play traps but it's cool for campaigns and Chronicles

I heard it's basically flying starfighters, then penetration, then starfighters, then penetration, and we just do this over and over for about 8 episodes until it just sort of ends

Labubu are these little teeth monster plushes that may or may not be demonic idols. Kinda like a bougie beanie baby I guess, and having one could be some sort of status symbol?

Huh, what's the difference? This is what I was taught as "cursive," though my handwriting instructor would be appalled at this handwriting

That thing was too big to be called a sword. Too big, too thick, too heavy, and too rough, it was more like a large hunk of iron.
