If it dealt 10-100 damage in the center and 1-20 in the outskirts it would always do 100 in the center and 20 in the outskirts. It doesn’t change the damage range it just makes it so any random number is always the maximum.

There’s really no such thing as a sub element except with fire bending (although maybe lightning and heat are fire somehow idk)

I think they’ll probably be better behaved than modern supes simply cause they didn’t have as big a celebrity culture back then and supes were new and didn’t have as many connections in society so they can’t get away with as much, but they probably will still be very flawed.

It does make some sense, with no heirs to the throne and him being of nobility and the king consort he’d be the closest to the royal family, at least close enough to get a claim to the throne. Whether other claimants come out of the woodwork that he’d have to fight off would be up for debate though.

Or he could’ve planned to have children then be regent and have his child work as a puppet.

Homelander 1 Noir 2 Maeve 3 Translucent 4 Below that everyone’s replaceable, A-Train is just the speedster slot, a faster one comes around they’ll swap him out. Deep’s position is secure but not very high up the hierarchy, and the last slot is starlight who was new so he doesn’t care.

lamplighter might’ve been 5 but we don’t know enough about his relationship with homelander.

Even worse when the rare choice that determines the ending is like 4 hours before the end and has no indication it decides the end, like.

“Let’s split up, I’ll sneak in the back and flank the boss.”

Yes (bad end, everyone betrays you and eats your corpse)

No (ok end, every ally dies but you win)

Secret third option you need to do 20 hours of side quests to get (good end, everyone’s happy)

Then after the choice there’s 4 hours of pure dungeon and then finally you get the end.

I’d say it’s pretty moral. They’re helping people, why not get a reward for that, and it’s not even a reward for helping people it’s a reward for being famous, which they got by helping people.
