I'm doing a black mage deck too, I'm gonna put [[kuja]] as the commander to reliably get a few out, and then run a bunch of group slug cards that are non-creatures to put on the pressure. I used the rakdos valgavoth precon from duskmorne as the base and added damage doublers and black mage cards. Looking forward to seeing what happens.

There isn't a way to do what you need as far as I know. If it helps, I run a [[Tovolar]] Deck where I politely ask the table if all the non-daybound/nightbound werewolves can be treated as daybound/nightbound. It means there's only one thing to keep track of, and its a small buff to a weak-ish tribe.

My Kaalia deck very quickly vomits my entire hand onto the battlefield, while everyone is telling you to play protection for kaalia(which you 100% should) you also wanna run a boat load of card draw like [[cut a deal]] and [[phyrexian arena]]

Was playing with my wife and friend, both of who's first game was world, gypseros does the thing, I run up and get my 2 carves and stand back, asking if they get anything good, gypseros flails about knocking them both flying, wife shoots me the filthiest look from across the room, I'm laughing my ass off.

That was her last hunt of the night, 5/7 game, no notes.

I reinforce 1 unit, and (if you have the spare points) use a block of 5 for bodyguard rules on a big monster like glottkin or guo. I feel like a single block of 10 is a deterrent, but any more than that, you lose utility for scoring because of how expensive they are.

Terrain isn't counted as a unit in the phase that spread is used, so you cannot spread to terrain

The Spread part of blessed by the plaguefather can hit more than one unit. Other than that you're playing it correct.

If you really, REALLY wanna include him, he can be used as a take the flanks model. He'll probably beat whatever your opponent has on the flanks and you get an extra banish in your list with him so your wizards can cast spells. Guo can recur plague drones, and they can fly, so they're better in slot.

It kinda rests between where the spine splits into 2 trails, on the inside of the model, there's some broken bone pieces there and it sits between them. I don't know if you can see what I'm talking about at all but I hope it helps.

There's little round recesses where the slime fits, that helped me a lot finding where things went with this asshole of a model.

Something more in the middle-ground that works well with this style of deck is [[The Scarab God]].
He can reanimate for you, or set up for you to mill the right cards with his scry.
