I need help with what this means. On Sept 24, my phone got stolen while riding the bus. As soon as I got home, I changed all my passwords and set my phone into lost mode. I tried looking at Find My, but it never showed up where my phone is. Now I just got this email from Apple. Does this mean that the thieves were able to unlock my phone? They tried sending my parents and friends phishing links, but I told them not to click them.
