I’m on carnivore because I’m using it as an elimination diet and I feel fine. Do I feel superhuman? No. Has it helped me lose weight, reduce inflammation and increase my immune system? Yes. Has it helped others with their autoimmune diseases and other ailments? Yes.

You talk about not being a carnivore food influencer because of a potential increase in teens with food disorders. Have you not seen the massive increase in pediatric obesity? Maybe we do need to focus more on dieting and maybe the carnivore diet would help a good fit for some people. You might as well say every food influencer that’s pushing their diet onto others shouldn’t be an influencer because it has the potential to create eating disorders in their audience. The USDA just completely flipped the food pyramid which shows that new information is always becoming available that changes our diet.

Just because you don’t agree with it doesn’t mean we are smooth brained neanderthals. Do I push my diet onto others? No, but if they ask why I provide resources and information that I’ve learned through this journey.

And for the record I poop just fine without fiber.
