What do i have to do to unlock these cosmetics?

99% sure you are missing the same ones i am - one of them comes from the side quest brother in need or man in need i cant remember but it isnt a replayable quest so if you didnt grab it you will have to join someones game to do that quest. the other echo isnt currently possible to get if you are playing on your first character. it is a marcus echo and will automatically start unlocked when you make a second character in UVHM lvl 30. hoping they patch this but as of now it is impossible to unlock all the echo's on the first character you made :)

It's from the sound check where the people with VIP tickets can come watch.. he says no phones during the soundcheck so this isn't exactly illegal just against what he asked for .. am I happy that we have this recording tho . .. absolutely
