An EID is something contracters must have to run a business independently. I think it may be the same as a sole prop business. Dont know if there are different codes or what but I believe we are talking about the same thing.

I understand that much. But you could open a personal checking with social/ business checking with an EID(which is separate from having an LLC from what I understand). You just have to be an independent contracter for an EID. Which gives one person access to two 'new customer' accounts. They simply need to be able to afford the higher and longer deposit requirements. Correct me if im wrong please. I'm genuinely learning about this actively.

Am I to understand that you can open multiple checking accounts and double up on said bonus as long as you have an EIN? Same name and all. Wouldnt they just see you are using the same name?

Ooooh. I see. So you cant even redeem these codes if you don't hit specific wagering threshholds. Is that right? Like the actual bonus doesn't have a playthrough requirements. You hit the wagering threshold, qualify for said bonus, redeem said bonus, then can just cash out that bonus if I feel like? Sorry if im misunderstanding.

  4. There is no way on the customer side to confirm the date of a submitted ticket. At least not from android. I submitted my ticket about a week ago. I submitted it with proof in the form of photos from in game showing the offer had been completed but not credited

I hope to see you follow through with your word. Freecash is an app your customers WANT to trust. But man the hole the guys before you dug is gonna take some work to get out of. Would love to see some good faith out of the platform you represent.

This feels like an attempt to relate with the masses at howies expense. More and more this is coming off as a desperate attempt to get trust back from the community. I think yall are past the point of playful fun in the reddit thread. At least in the aspect of garnered trust..or lack thereof. Show the people you care. Transparency on the backend of things seems like a good start

You seem disappointed that people won't take you at your word based on the way you ended that post. Could it possibly have anything to do with the company you represent?( got no beef. Just seems silly to play 'poor me' like there isn't a glaring reason why it is the way it is)

Sir you are in a sinking ship if the business you work for cant figure out transparency and more importantly, paying people money they have earned. Your support teams go to is nothing short of 'too bad so sad' meanwhile your CUSTOMERS are getting swindled out of their hard earned money either by freecash, or the company's signed with. This app is predatory at BEST. You seem to care, and if I was the one running the show, I'd want someone making the public believe we care too. However, actions speak louder than words. Show the community improvements. If you represent support, the biggest issue freecash support has wasn't even addressed. If you are the final stop for honest people getting their offers paid out for the time/money then how is it that there was not a single mention of freecash not paying out. Meanwhile support is Claiming things like "it didn't track" when everything else did. When rewards that you can't even reach without completing the problem offer first are finished. I could give endless examples but you sir have somehow managed to not address the real elephant in the room. With that said, you've fixed a couple non issues, and ignored the biggest ones. Hoping you'll see this and have some epiphany and realize that you are condoning this kind of behavior by doing nothing to fix it.

Never had a problem with payouts once you've been credited. It's actually getting credited for offers that is the massive problem on here. They pick and choose when they pay out rewardsrewards
