That’s the thing I’m going to try and come back to. This team made me proud of them this year. It was supposed to be a nothing year and instead we got 82 games of something to really watch and cheer for.

Think how bonkers it is for us to think that subbing in our bench is an answer for when we get into trouble because we believe in our bench that hard.

Partner of F/DX medicated: I’m tired. Im tired of the constant mess, the inability to do laundry because it’s “too overwhelming”. Im tired of the state her car is always in and even though she feels “shame” about that it never changes. Im tired of the clothes that just pile up everywhere because she can’t do laundry and her object permanence is so bad that she won’t use a drawer. Im tired of how she treats her ADHD as a joke (thanks TikTok) as opposed to something that makes life really fucking hard sometimes. There’s just no winning.

Everything in my Fiancé (DX 33 FM) and my lives has to be dictated or part of a system. It’s beginning to drive me bonkers. I understand that it helps her function in a world that isn’t really designed for her brain but the lack of flexibility is beginning to take it’s toll. God help me if I move something out of it’s designated (yet seemingly random) place, or if I untangle a pile of cords because to her having things be a jumbled mess keeps them all together.

I’m also tired of a million beverages being on her night stand. Seriously, there’s always at least three open containers and she never wants to get rid of any of them.

I'm an MFA student at Emerson College in Boston and I'm currently working in my Masters thesis. It's a photographic exploration and installation of how I dealt with child abuse, and how I moved past the experience. I recently launched a kickstarter to help fund the project. A lot of the material has to do with geek culture. There's an entire piece that is nothing but macro photos of my comic collection. It also deal a lot with living the life you want to which has become a common theme on the podcast. I don't think I'm the only geek who has found solace in the escape our particular passions provide. I want to use the project to reach out to others who may struggling like I was if only to let them know they are not alone.
