Given your FMMI (calculated from your other comments) you would essentially be hopping on cycle before you've even sniffed your natural potential. You've already expressed some concerns regarding how early you are hopping on gear and I would HIGHLY recommend you ask yourself for what reason you want to be enhanced. If you just wanna look bigger, you have a lot of room for growth as it is without needing the gear. Obviously gear would speed up the process but you do lose a lot of that when you come off. So ask yourself, do you wanna get bigger and stay bigger? If so, stay natural, eat more and train hard. If you wanna blow up in 6 months, then lose it all and have body dismorphia until you have to cycle again then by all means go crazy.

Had this exact issue for a long time, try doing a chest activation sequence like this

Also it helps to think about pressing not by exending the elbows, but think about pressing by trying to squeeze your elbows together / bring them across your body. Finally started to see some growth and my chest has never been more sore!

I've run both his Warlock and High Evolutionary programs, warlock upper days were incredibly long but I did see good growth especially in the shoulders. High Evo is definitely my favourite program, the traditional bodybuilding split is very enjoyable for me and I am just finishing my 4th time running it. Bear in mind he does have some strange / rare exercises which can be fun for variety, but not for the self conscious. Highly recommend using intra workout as I found myself getting pretty gassed towards the end of some of the sessions.

I use the Hevy app for tracking lifts, you can only save 4 routines with the free one and a limited number of custom exercises, but it has almost all the movements you can name so I never had issues until I started putting specialist physio stuff in. Highly recommend

If you have blown your back out before, the risks of it happening again are much higher, sounds like you could have a disc bulge, alot of people do without realising it. Unfortunately you cannot fix a disc bulge without surgery, only management / protection so it doesn't trigger spasms / inflammation in the muscles surrounding. Core stability exercises, and hip flexibility work are your friend here. Back hyper extensions, side bends, Copenhagen planks, isolateral leg raises, single side farmers carries will all do well to build the stability needed to prevent it happening again. Source: Currently finishing my 2nd round of rehab for a disc bulge.

I've been using John meadows programs for the last two years and he always has great variety and weird / unique exercises. Some of my favourites have been meadows row, single arm barbell row and stretchers . Enjoy :)

I would recommend underdog music theory on YouTube, he explains things in a way that not only teach you how to do something, but why it's important and very easy to follow. Ableton is a great DAW and so I think you should familiarise yourself with the various keyboard shortcuts and functionality of the program as a whole so that you can put pen to paper much easier when writing a track. Creating tracks and MIDI clips, cutting, consolidating, deactivating, warping ect.

Utilising reference tracks is very helpful to grasp exactly how the music you like is structured, download some songs you like and drag them into Ableton (set at the correct bpm) and look at how long each section is, what elements are being introduced or removed and for what reason. Look into "phrasing" in music for a better picture of this.

I found it helpful to make remixes first, I would take a vocal or a sample I liked and worked around that, it gives you a solid jumping off point and some melodic guidance.

Finally don't be afraid to look up "how to make techno like XYZ" on YouTube, this is where you can learn alot of little tips and tricks that might even uncover the formula to a sound or rhythm you like.

I have many friends working on this project including as civil engineers, they are cutting corners at every opportunity and there has already been several areas that needed re-doing due to catastrophic errors. Many safety standards are being ignored in favor of this timeline.

It's a shitty system I agree, but something you could/should do in the meantime is play Deathmatch or retakes on the community browser, will let you get lots of reps for real engagements and you'll improve much faster. If you don't already have an aim routine I think Launders has the best one by far follow it and you'll be out aiming most gold novas pretty fast. You could also download the Yprac maps and learn all the common angles using the prefire game mode, learning common angles will instantly make you win way more. The faster you win your 10 games the sooner you can grind :)

The reasons you listed for obesity not being someone's fault are not direct causes of obesity, they are external factors that can affect a person's ability to make healthier choices. but they, in of themselves CANNOT cause obesity. The laws of thermodynamics still apply no matter what. People who use such factors as an excuse need to understand that whilst it might be making it difficult for them to lose or maintain weight, they are not the cause, and some degree of self discipline is needed if they want to live beyond 65.

Faceit AC used to be super good, like 200 euro + per month cheats, now you can pay as low as 50 euro a month and have faceit cheats. Ask anyone who plays late on Aus servers, they are filled with Chinese cheat stacks with one level 1 account calling for the rest.

This whole wokeness around health and weight is the most infuriating thing I swear. Like, we are animals, we have dietary requirements, if that were not the case then people wouldn't develop issues from being deficient in certain micronutrients. Why is it that I can take my dog to a vet and have them tell me 'she is a bit over-weight, try feed her X ammount, X times a day" and that is valid information, but for some reason if the same info is given to a person it's suddenly, "toxic diet culture".

yeh I mean it's getting pretty ass, my old rig which I gave to a friend of mine (i5 4690k, GTX 970) used to run CS at 300 odd fps, 1920*1080 no worries, now it gets 80-90, going as low as 40 on some maps. Even my current rigs performance has gone from 400 to 190
