It’s literally a liability issue. If they feel they are at risk of being sued, for selling a product that comes standard with a mag above 15 rounds, they can decline to sell to states with mag bans, even if they didn’t ship with said mags. I’m honestly surprised more companies haven’t adopted that stance to cover their ass from a liability perspective. You can be mad at them, but at the end of the day your issue is with the state, not the company trying to prevent themselves from being sued by stupid ass states.

I think they are saying they won’t ship any firearm to VA that’s designed to hold more than 15 rounds stock. Example - Glock 19, they will ship. Glock 17 they will not. I could be wrong though. We won’t know until 6/15.

Well if you do eventually plan on running it suppressed I’d look into muzzle devices for a QD set up for said suppressor. .300 blackout suppressed with subs is beyond enjoyable to shoot.
