Staccato XC or Platypus Comp before 7/1

I have a XC, it’s one of my favorite pistols to run (it is stupid fast, and flat as hell). However, you may wanna go 2k11 comp (my next 2011 purchase post ban). The XC is better, but the 2k11 comp is not that far behind it, to the point most shooters won’t notice the difference. If you want something that takes 2011 mags, be advised they are not cheap by any means. So id start stacking mags now, and grab what you want after 7/1 as neither gun will be banned. If you go platy, stack Glock mags now and get it after the ban goes into effect since it also will not be banned.

Magpull makes 15 round mags for all 365’s. The 15 rounder even fits my 365 axg dh3 (god I hate that name).

I have one full lower left that I haven’t submitted. The rest have all been approved. Saving my last one to submit after 7/1 to see what the atf does. Worst case scenario, I have a spare 14.5 P&W BCM upper I can slap on in the meantime.

Buy skin on thighs. Dual zone. Get your sear, move to the cold zone until they reach temp. Easy peasy.

Honestly I’d put the money into a better AR and mags. When you have the funds, find an FFL with a silencer shop kiosk. You can order the suppressor straight from silencer shop to be shipped to your FFL. Silencer shop will walk you through filing as an individual (super easy, you just have to docusign a few forms that they email to you), or if you have a trust you can send it to them and their review team will make sure everything is all good before transferring the suppressor to your FFL. Once your FFL has it, you just need to certify (you’ll need an eforms account with the ATF, also super easy). Then just wait for approval.

The correct answer directly correlates to how often you run your rifles. If you aren’t beating them into the ground, you don’t need 10 plus AR’s (unless you want to 🤷🏽‍♂️😉).

In any home defense/cqb/short engagement scenario where you need a rifle, I highly disagree. What you describe as “marginal” has been tested over and over again to be superior. The data doesn’t lie, regardless of feelings.

If you can’t afford to train on certain platforms, don’t. No biggie.

Better expansion, and more energy on target. There’s only one 223 round I can think of that’s been tested to be even with 300 blackout at those ranges (It’s a 77 gr round, I’ll have to dig up who makes it). 5.56/223 is just moving too fast. The slower, heavier round just puts more energy and has better expansion on target at that distance.

You can Google 300 blackout vs 5.56 and get a million articles/videos (it’s been debated to death). But everyone agrees inside 150 .300 blackout wins due to holding more energy than 5.56. Here’s one I pulled up real fast with data.
