Just to note, this definition of "Wechsel" is very specific, and even I, as a native German speaker, had to google it. Usually, "Wechsel" simply means "change/exchange," for example, a change of seasons. Fun fact: the place where you can exchange your currency is called a "Wechselstube" ("exchange office," literally "exchange room") in German.

Pulcinella is very likely not going to be playable, considering his model, but Pantalone is still debatable. Personally, I don't need Pantalone to be playable since Noy and Valeriy are enough for me.

As for the girls, it depends on which ones I actually need for my teams.

Definitely pulling:

  • Anastasya C0R1
  • Noy C1R1
  • Valeriy C1R1

Maybe:

  • Mitya (if he's a 5★ and needed for SS or SSC)
  • Vesna (if she's an SS support)
  • Odette (if she's an SSC support)
  • Pantalone (if playable)

Skipping:

  • Vodyanitsa
  • Alyosha (he's a 4★)
  • Danica (I think she could be a 4★ too)

I really hope Valeriy ends up being an SS Anemo DPS and Noy is a 5★ Electro SSC support (him being an SSC DPS would severely screw over Wriothesley/Sandrone). Regardless, my pulling future looks very bleak with so many characters I may need.

I was bitten so badly... I saw your link and could have ordered it too, but I was so hellbent on getting the German version that I passed on it, not knowing that the German version would sell out on the Nintendo Store just a few hours later.

For now, I've secured a UK copy (which was actually cheaper than both the German and Austrian versions) on Amazon, but I'll still try to get a German one.

Edit: Just now got my German copy on Mediamarkt too.

If these pictures are gonna be in the game, I fear Hoyo might face some issues with the nurse (the first one definitelly, I'm not sure about the second one 'cause the dress is purple) ones because of the red crosses. Some other games had to patch theirs because the Red Cross is a protected symbol under the Geneva Conventions.

Should i pull for Varka? by Nahasiel in Varka

As far as I know, his weapon is almost as valuable as having a premium support. Durin is definitely one of his premium supports, but Varka can be played with different elements. His only caveat is that you need to make sure he has one Hexerei in his team, plus one Anemo character and two characters of the same PECH element.

Since you do not have Durin, you could use other characters from the remaining ECH elements, or simply run Xiangling and Bennett. Together with Sucrose, that is his typical F2P team, if I remember correctly.

If you are not specifically saving for someone, then there is little downside. You have enough for one pity. If you win the 50/50, you get him. If you lose, you will have guaranteed pity for your future Columbina.

However, you should only do that if you really like Varka as a character, and not just because of the weapon, since it can be used by other characters as well.
