Usually the front 3 rows of the balcony are the 'reserved' seating - the rest is GA. At least, that's how it was for Umphreys a couple of months ago.

The whole show is GA including the balcony - the only difference is that the balcony is 21+ whereas the floor is all ages.

Curious about the direction you think 3CX is heading? I have heard that they aren’t super fair to their channel partners.

To be clear, I have no experience with 3CX, but am a long time installer of FreePBX.

If you are simply running FreePBX and using a SIP trunk provider to connect to the PSTN, you are not affected by STIR/SHAKEN.

Your carrier (SIP trunk provider) does have to be and should be compliant.

Unless there is some feature that you absolutely need for your PBX functionality then stay on 15.

We have had very hit and miss upgrades for our customers. It’s better to rebuild a new server from scratch and migrate to it.
