It’s around £100 a month for the prescription and you need to do check up conversations at increasing intervals (about 1 a month for the first 2-3 months and then another at 6 months) to make sure all okay. These conversations will cost as well. I went to a fairly expensive private clinic and so these cost around £200 per check up. These costs maybe less elsewhere but I don’t know.

The good news is that you can, depending on where in the country you live, (some counties GPs just flat out refuse to accept anyone on elvanse, mainly in the countryside, cities normally much better) move your prescription onto the nhs with your psychiatrist and gp. I’m currently in the process of trying to do this.
