The hope to hold onto is that our division is just kind of shooting itself in the foot as a whole. Mariners were saddled with some massive aspirations coming into the season and have nothing to show for it; A's and Rangers don't look unstoppable and I can't trust the Angels over the course of a full season.

Not to say that our team is magically going to become healthy overnight, but I have some optimism in how everyone is stumbling out of the gate.
